If you would like your personalized item to have an additional design, for shirts, face covers, pillows, party favors, etc., add this designer fee.

Make sure to add the item you want personalized in the cart also.

For example: If you would like a dog tag necklace personalized with one of these design styles, add this item with the chosen style to the cart and add the dog tag in the cart.
